Cancel your trial
Your 60-minute trial begins when the hosted checkout confirms your subscription, not when you open this website. Cancel before its exact end time to avoid the first annual charge. The checkout confirmation must show that end time and the amount that follows.
Cancel an annual renewal
An annual membership renews automatically at US$99.00 USD or ¥16,999 JPY, in the currency you selected at checkout. Cancel before the next renewal time to stop that charge. Switching website language does not change an existing subscription’s currency or price. There is no cancellation fee.
Two ways to cancel
Open Manage membership to access the billing portal, where available. You can also email support@zengomaster.net from your checkout email with the subject “Cancel my membership” and a receipt reference. No explanation is necessary. Cancellation requests take effect when received; if a charge occurs while a timely request is being processed, it will be reversed. Simply opening a draft email does not send a request.
What happens afterward
Trial access ends when you cancel the trial. After canceling a paid annual plan, access continues until the paid term ends unless you request a refund. We send confirmation to your checkout email once processed. If you do not receive confirmation, contact support. Removing browser data, closing the website, or uninstalling a browser does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Cancellation stops future charges. To recover a charge already paid, request a refund under our 30-day refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
