Information we use
Public practice does not require an account. Games, board settings, and lesson progress are stored on your device only when local saving is enabled. Hosting providers receive technical request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and time to deliver and protect the site. When you email us, we receive your email address and the content you send. If you subscribe through a hosted payment service, that service collects the payment and billing details described in its own notice; we receive the information needed to identify and service your subscription, such as email, transaction reference, currency, amount, and status. We do not collect full card numbers or security codes on this site.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use information to provide requested services, handle billing and refunds, answer support requests, prevent misuse, and comply with legal recordkeeping obligations. Where applicable, we rely on performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in secure operation and support, or consent for optional local storage. Children and changes
The service is intended for people aged 16 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from younger children. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion. Material privacy changes will be posted here with a revised date before the new practices take effect.
