Do I need to know how to play?
Not at all. Begin with our six short lessons, try the capture exercise, then play on a smaller 9 × 9 board. The computer opponent is designed for casual beginner practice, not professional analysis.
Can I play with someone else?
Yes. Choose “Two players” in the practice room and take turns on the same device. Computer practice also runs in your browser. Remote matchmaking and online accounts are not part of this service.
When does the free trial become a paid membership?
The 60-minute membership trial starts only after your subscription is confirmed at secure checkout. At the end of that hour, US$99.00 USD is automatically charged for a year unless you cancel. Opening or playing on the website does not start a paid trial.
How do I cancel or request a refund?
Use Manage membership to reach the billing portal or email support@zengomaster.net. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge, or before renewal to stop the next charge. Request a full refund within 30 days of any annual charge; no reason is required.
