Digital service only
zengomaster is a browser-based Go practice and learning service. We do not ship Go boards, stones, printed materials, or any other physical goods. There are no shipping charges, customs charges, parcels, or tracking numbers.
How access is delivered
Public practice boards and lessons load immediately in your browser. A membership trial begins only upon confirmed subscription enrollment at the hosted checkout. The payment service provides a receipt and any access or subscription-management instructions using the email entered there. Digital access must be available when the confirmed trial begins; if delivery fails, contact support immediately so we can restore access or cancel and refund an incorrect charge.
What you need
Use a current browser with JavaScript enabled on a phone, tablet, or computer. Internet access is needed to load the website. The practice opponent runs on your device, so performance can vary. No software download is required. Games saved locally are not synchronized across devices; export an SGF file to keep a portable copy.

Check your spam folder and the email entered at checkout if a receipt is missing. Contact support@zengomaster.net with your receipt reference; do not include card details. Our cancellation and refund policies apply to digital access.
